Hirepool Frequently Asked Questions

Can Hirepool deliver the equipment?

Yes, we do deliver, however there are delivery charges.

Can I return the equipment to one of your other branches?

Yes, as long as it is within the same city as hired.

Can your staff show me how to use the equipment?

For most of the standard general hire items our staff are all fully trained in their use and safe handling.

Do we hire party equipment?

Yes we do but only at our Blenheim, Nelson, Dunedin and Timaru branches in the South Island and Gisborn in the North Island. Also Castles Marquee and Event Hire based in Auckland www.castles.co.nz

Do we hire swimming pools?

No.

Do you give your trade customers discounts?

Hirepool has Business Relationship Managers in every region who can discuss special trade discounts for companies who trade frequently with Hirepool.

What do I do if I need assistance with your equipment afterhours?

We provide an afterhours emergency number in all regions. You will find this number in your contract paperwork.
