Our branches are clean and brightly presented retail shops with friendly staff who are experienced in problem solving. Our trained staff will offer advice on correct equipment application saving you time and money. Bring a problem to a Hirepool branch and "Hire the Experience" - chances are that they will offer you a practical solution expediently. For Trade Customers with more specialised requirements, Hirepool has Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) operating within all regions.
Our BRMs are available by mobile phone or email to resolve any problems which may arise within your business and to attend to any requests for assistance or guidance on the application and use of hire plant. Similarly, they can offer advice on how best to manage your equipment fleet including plant purchase and replacement programmes through to the concept of Hirepool Integrated Plant Management (HIPM).
The need for all our customers to be aware of the dangers presented by some machinery is being continuously addressed by Hirepool. We have designed our own "Know-How" brochures which provide comprehensive information on the safe application and use of the equipment. Every customer who hires our equipment is fully briefed by our staff on how to use it safely.
