Hirepool History

Hirepool is totally committed to quality and to this end runs a TQM, continuous improvement process with regular branch meetings and documented procedures. Hirepool completes over 220,000 transactions per annum on 10,000 items of equipment.

Occupational Health & Safety

Health and Safety is of major concern to Hirepool and our customers. Our policies and procedures are compliant with current legislation, and are updated accordingly with legislative enhancements. The Ready to Hire tag attached to all equipment lines includes specific signoff for safety check, earth bond test, insulation test, and warning and control signs, in addition to the standard operational tests.

Hirepool produces Know How, Safety and Operation brochures, together with data sheets for automatic printout at all branches for attachment to each contract to ensure all our customers are fully informed about health and safety implications.

Hirepool engages professional consultants to advise on policies and procedures in respect of specialist equipment lines. We also employ an independent auditor to measure the performance of our branches against current legislation three times per year.
